Finally Adobe released a new update for the Flash Media Server, the new version is 2.0.3
Many bugs has been fixed in this release. You can find in the following list the release notes provided by Adobe with the complete list of the updated stuff:
[174668] Server proxy streams stopped playing when a failing remote call was made on the corresponding server-side NetConnection.
[1317845] Edge and Origin remote connections were not being closed and accumulated when clients connected to unknown instances. This could lead to exhaustion of socket handles.
[152256] Edge process was leaking memory when handling tunneling connections.
[172936] Calling "load" method with a null argument in server-side ActionScript could cause FMSCore process to crash.
[172765] When repeatedly seeking to the same position in an FLV file, the NetStream.time property was not consistent and reported slightly varying values.
[1326095] When publishing a stream to Flash Media Server, the client would get disconnected intermittently.
[1334360] Certain .mp3 files failed to play beyond a short segment at the beginning. This was due to an incorrect calculation of mp3 segments.
[1343854] Admin server crashed intermittently on shutdown when the core processes were shutting down at the same time.
[1343992] FMSCore crashed under heavy load due to a race condition in message queue handling.
[1371770] Seeking into constant bitrate mp3 files was inaccurate.

Flash Media Server is a great product that allows you to easily create audio/video conferences, multiplayer online games using the shared objects features and record and play different kind of multimedia files and streams.
